MSAULI is one of the best-kept secrets in South Africa. Set in a beautiful valley, up against the Swaziland border, you will find one of the most picturesque golf courses anywhere. The entire village is being developed into a tourist destination, with the proceeds going to the local community. The golf course is not yet in perfect shape, but the scenery will make up for it. A very comfortable self-catering guesthouse is available at just R250 per room per night. Just a short drive from either Barberton or Badplaas will find you in a truly wonderful place. If you want tranquillity, this is where you should be. To book, call Moses on 082-385-9058 |

| A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT |
|
AMAZING INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY |
||||
|
MSAULI has the potential to become one of the major tourist destinations in the Lowveld. It is set in a beautiful valley, surrounded by spectacular scenery, against the Swaziland border. The village consists of over 100 houses, a recreation club, a swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling greens, an office block, factory space and a nine-hole golf course.
This is a community development project that could surpass all others in terms of possibilities. All it needs is a developer with imagination. You would basically rent the village from the owners and let your imagination run wild. From golf and water rafting to hiking, biking, 4 X 4 trails, curio shops, self-catering homes, a retirement village, hang gliding, golf tours, pubs, restaurants, health spas and anything else you can think of. The entire village would be yours !!
Supervisors and staff are on site. Bring your expertise to MSAULI and change the lives of hundreds of people while you reap the benefits of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The houses are there, electricity is there, water is there, the golf course is there. Just tidy it up and create an amazing tourist destination that will live forever.
MSAULI lies within the Songimvelo Nature Reserve, just a scenic 50Km drive from either Badplaas or Barberton. It is the ideal place to spend a couple of nights while touring the Lowveld or spend a week just to get away from the rat race. All you will hear at night is the sound of the waterfall and the lovely river that runs all the way around the village.
The Kruger Park, Swaziland and the other wonders of the Lowveld are all just a short drive away. For the right person with the right ideas, MSAULI would be a GOLD MINE !! |

READ ABOUT MSAULI
|
MSAULI is a mine that was forced to close some years ago. The local community members now own the property and want to develop the village into a tourist destination. It lies in one of the most scenic areas of South Africa, near the Swaziland border, and has enormous tourism potential.
On the property is a beautiful nine-hole golf course, but it has been neglected for many years. We have been asked to assist the community in their efforts to rehabilitate the golf course and get it playable. The problem, however, is a lack of funds.
If you are a golfer and would like to support a worthy cause, perhaps you could get your company to 'adopt' a hole, until the course is playable and self-sustaining. The company would pay a nominal monthly 'fee' to advertise on the course. This would help to cover the costs of the materials, equipment and labour we need to bring the course back to life.
Once the course is playable we will be allowed to sell memberships and the club will become self-sustaining. This will also provide a wide range of job opportunities for the local people.
If you advertise on our course, and you visit Msauli, (Highly recommended), you, your staff members and friends can stay for ONLY R200 PER ROOM AND PLAY ON OUR COURSE FOR FREE!
